The 13th Fittest Man in the Midwest works out with a 10 year old!

Conner was stoked to work out with Doug this morning and as evidenced by Doug's shirt after the workout(see below)....Doug got a great workout!! Doug placed 13th in the recent Crossfit Games Midwest Qualifiers at Rogue Fitness in Gahanna, Ohio.
