Erin on Monday!!! As I sat down to work on the WODs for this week, I saw a great WOD from the Crossfit Main page. I scratched what I had planned and inserted Erin into our programming for the week. This was a tough workout as some of our folks had not performed a CF Main page WOD before, but like always, they did great getting one rep at a time till the workout was completed!!!
