Celebrating with "Murph" on the 4th! I did something that I do not normally do for a workout this past Saturday. I told people ahead of time what the workout was going to be! There were some who thought that would keep people away, but I thought differently. Many of the athletes from Crossfit Legacy came out to tackle the HERO workout---"Murph" In addition, we had Kate "Killer" Rawlings from our close friends at Crossfit Cleveland stop down for a visit as well. Great seeing you workout again Kate!! 1 mile Run 100 Pull-ups 200 Push-ups 300 Squats 1 mile run **for time** Results Pictures Doug did everything in a 20lb weighted vest!
