We are in California!!!!

Sitting in the Hotel room at the moment. Charlie, Joe, and Chris just finished watching me suffer through 400m run and 50 air squats--4 rounds in 12:50

It is not a good idea to do this after dinner as I cramped in my stomach so bad I could hardly stand up!!

Regardless, it has been an uneventful trip thus far. We are heading out to the Ranch tomorrow at 6am to register and watch the Affiliate Cup competion and scope out the terrain for the trail run...which has been posted HERE!!
