Crossfit Games were Awesome!!!!

Charlie and I returned from California on Monday evening, awash in the experience of watching 150 male and female competitors gruel it out throught 8 workouts in 2 days.

Thank you to all the folks at Crossfit Legacy, and the other Northeast Ohio affiliates for your donations to make the trip possible for Charlie and I.

Charlie did not disappoint. Check out this picture below. He gave it all he had and this is him sprinting to finish line after the 7k trail run "From HELL!"

I took over 400 pics and video and will be uploading them to Facebook and also making a movie as well.
