Hip and Thighs....Hips and Thighs.....

We are rear-drive engines as our largest and most explosive muscles that extend our body's against the ground are found behind us.

Our Tuesday morning crew discovered that those muscles can do A LOT of Work in a short time.

Our younger athletes did a somewhat shorter WOD that required significant shoulder and midline stability.

In addition, they were trained how to explosivly extend against the ground while catching a moderate load over head!!

5 Dumbbell Snatch(each arm)
10 Renegade Row(each arm)
15 Air Squats
