February 19th, 2009 We have been without Jerry this week because of his training for a new job. But he is watching!! To make sure that out athletes did not miss him, he developed this wonderful workout for them to accomplish in his absence!! Workout of the Day and Results 3 of our athletes on the Pull-up Bars during the WOD 430 & 530pm Classes Our 430 & 530 Classes have a wonderful mix if professional, college, high school, middle school, and elementary age athletes. It is great to see such a wide variety of ages all performing movements and workouts that are both challenging and safe for their age and ability! Workout of the Day 10 Sumo Dealift High Pull(Kettlebell) 10 Split Jerk(5x/each arm) 10 Front Squats(w/med ball) ***AMRAP in 15 min*** Pictures Eric brought his kids with him to the evening class today. Taylor is coming of a tough soccer season in which she battled through some tough injuries. This young lady is tough as nails and is spending her off-season getting stronger @ Crossfit Legacy. Great effort today Taylor!! Say Hello to our youngest Crossfitter. This little dude is AWESOME!!! We modify he WOD's so that he can participate and become more agile and fit for wrestling!! Welcome back Heidi!! She was off for about a week secondary to work and we are glad to have her back in the gym. She continues to amaze me with her improvements and commitment to improved health and well-being!!
