We had a couple of different workouts this day at Crossfit Legacy. The morning crew did a long metcon that forced them remain both mentally strong and physically strong through the duration.

That is a great training effect for the Crossfit program as you cannot sit "mindlessly" on a machine and straighten a body part in a single plane.

Our workouts force you to bring your "A" game every day.

Angie was so pleased with her birthday WOD, she almost Cried....hahaha.....!!

Nice depth on the Pistol Caryn!!

430 and 530pm

These 2 classes performed the WOD from yesterday morning and did a great job. They went heavy on the weight and did not back down from a challenge. Nice work everyone! One person even melted...haha!
