March 10th, 2009 We had a couple of different workouts this day at Crossfit Legacy. The morning crew did a long metcon that forced them remain both mentally strong and physically strong through the duration. That is a great training effect for the Crossfit program as you cannot sit "mindlessly" on a machine and straighten a body part in a single plane. Our workouts force you to bring your "A" game every day. 630am Pictures Great to have you back in the gym Tom....great work today!! Terry--working his way across the water! 730am Happy Birthday Workout for Angie....26 years young this past Saturday!! 26 Pistols(13/each) 26 Burpees 26 Double Unders **3 rounds*** Angie was so pleased with her birthday WOD, she almost Cried....hahaha.....!! Nice depth on the Pistol Caryn!! 430 and 530pm These 2 classes performed the WOD from yesterday morning and did a great job. They went heavy on the weight and did not back down from a challenge. Nice work everyone! One person even melted...haha! Tyler is resting well! Heidi and Courtney...getting the bar overhead!
