That day will be posted shortly because there are some remarkable efforts I would like to showcase from that day in a video. (it is still in production)
Wednesday was somewhat of a long slow day(aerobic) style movements that required concentration and focus.
The Workout consisted of:
8 Turkish Get-up 16 Knee to Elbow 24 Double Unders
***AMRAP in 15min***
Friday's WOD was a team workout that was identical to a WOD we did back in October.
We had a couple of different workouts this day at Crossfit Legacy. The morning crew did a long metcon that forced them remain both mentally strong and physically strong through the duration.
That is a great training effect for the Crossfit program as you cannot sit "mindlessly" on a machine and straighten a body part in a single plane.
Our workouts force you to bring your "A" game every day.

Great to have you back in the gym Tom....great work today!!
There was another Level 1 Crossfit Certification in Columbus this weekend, and since that I had a friend down there, I was privy to the Workout they performed on Sunday.
I put myself and our athletes through this workout so that we could in part, feel what the athletes at Rogue Fitness experienced.

Sometimes...things come up that de-rail our plans and force us to make choices that we would otherwise wish we did not have to make.
Let me ask you someting. How would it affect you suddenly unable to attend the gym you had been going to?
Would it bother you, or could you take it or leave it?
For athletes at Crossfit Legacy, we found out that this morning that the friendship, training, and the successes experienced in our little gym in Norton, Ohio mean a heck of a lot to the people that attend on a daily basis.
