(it is still in production) Wednesday was somewhat of a long slow day(aerobic) style movements that required concentration and focus. The Workout consisted of: 8 Turkish Get-up 16 Knee to Elbow 24 Double Unders ***AMRAP in 15min*** Friday's WOD was a team workout that was identical to a WOD we did back in October. It is great to so see improvements as both teams beat the previous time by 3 min. The WOD consisted of: 200 Jump Ropes 275 Push-up 225 Swings 175 Window Wipers 125 Lunge Steps 75 Med Ball Cleans Pictures from both Days Great to have you on a Friday Morning Wanda! Terry just loves Turkish Get-ups! Ron showed some great intensity this morning!!
