There were a myriad of workouts performed at Crossfit Legacy on Thursday.

600am--Jackie

730am--performed a chipper with Rowing, Double Unders, deadlifts, jumping lunges, squats, and pull-ups

430 & 530 pm--deadlifts, pull-ups, and box jumps

All of the athletes performed with great intensity and pushed themselves to their limits.

It is great to see "Real" fitness occur without any segmented and isolated movements occurring on a $2,000 waste of money!!!

All you need a good Oly bar, some bumpers plates and your own body weight to get in amazing shape!!!

Conner initially was given 8 rounds of the workout to perform, but quickly said that he wanted to do all 10!!! Great attitude Conner!!

Ron went heavy on the Deadlift this afternoon and sufficiently soked the floor in sweat!!!

Brooke is getting stronger by the week. She performed reps with 65lbs on the bar this afternoon. Not bad for a 13year old!!!

Lunges are hard enough with your body weight, but throw on the bar and it becomes even more difficult!!

Teamwork!!! How many fitness facilities do you know of that work together to help people get stronger, more fit, and healthier? SPC-Crossfit and Crossfit Legacy have developed a great relationship that allows athletes to get great coaching from both facilities in an effort to improve our athletes lives!!
