Power Cleans and Front Squats!! We fail at the margin of our experience.
Today at Crossfit Legacy we performed a style of workout that we have never done before.
It was challenging because at first look, it does not appear that difficult.
Initially there is a lot of rest, but after about 6 min, the reps and focus needed to stay on task becomes more demanding.
