Body Weight on Friday Morning

We have moved a lot of weight around this week at Crossfit Legacy and for our Friday workout, we will only be using our own "body weight"

That is good news for some, bad news for others...haha!!

Workout of the Day

20 Burpees
30 Sit-ups
40 Squats

3 rounds
2min rest between rounds

***for time***
