Doug is training to compete and the Crossfit Games Qualifier in a few weeks and Paula is training for life. Both are giving their very best effort and both will be exhausted after the workout. How often do you see this at your "typical" globo gym or small fitness facility? Do you normally see high level athletes working out with and encouraging other people in the gym? Very infrequently!!!
