Take Care of your body!

At Crossfit Legacy; the movements, workouts, and skills we do are hard. We push our bodies to their limits. What we do(Crossfit) is like sport. In sports, injuries have the potential to occur.

It is imperative that one, especially a Crossfit athlete, takes care of his/her body when training hard.

I had the recent pleasure of meeting 2 like-minded health care professionals last week.

Meet Dr. Joseph and Dr. Lisa Herbert at Wadsworth Chiropractic.

Check out their website and see if any of their services could help you. Dr. Joe is Certified in A.R.T.(Active Release Technique.) It is a form of soft tissue treatment used by many Crossfitters to stay healthy and prevent injuries from occuring.

Whether you are a Crossfitter or not, getting proper care for aches, pains, injuries, tightness, inflexibility, and/or chronic conditions is important.

Rather than push through pain or "tough it out"---seek professional care and STAY IN THE GAME, or in Crossfit case.....3, 2, 1, GO!!!!
