We LOVED Tabata's today 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest!! Our athletes completed 8 rounds of :20/:10 for each of the following moves--pull up, push-up, sit up, and squat. Total reps completed is your score for the day!! Do a Google Search for Tabata....we are able to increase our aerobic capacity by doing anaerobic movements...hmmm? How is that possible? Do the research and find out! How hard can that be...really? We only completed 6,844 reps!! Stacia is a fast learner....first time she performed a Kettlebell Windmill. Awesome!! How many pull-ups did we do as a gym today....1,616 Any workout can be scaled to your fitness level! Props to anyone that can tell me the language of the tattoo on Jesse's arm.
