I had the pleasure of traveling with athletes from Crossfit Cleveland and SPC-Crossfit up to Rogue Fitness: Crossfit Toledo on Saturday for a friendly Grand Opening Competition. There were some great athletes and the folks from the Northeast Ohio affiliates represented extremely well.

Charlie D(Crossfit Legacy), Kate R(Crossfit Cleveland), Troy B(CF Cleveland), and Joe W.(SPC-Crossfit) showed great athleticism and drive to finish with great times against some other really good athletes.

This past weekend "EC" --Eva Claire Synkowski spoke on nutrition at Crossfit Watertown and the workout was a combo WOD of Grace(30--135lb clean/jerk for time) and Karen(150 Wall ball shots).[/size]

Together they looked like this:

10 Wall Ball Shots

We welcomed back 4 athletes today who had taken some time off. Welcome back Ron, Austin, Alexis, and Tom. It is great to have all of you back in the gym.

Tomas....would you rather be shoveling sand in Brazil?

Didn't we get enough of REAL Shoveling in Northeast Ohio this past weekend?

Regardless...our athletes pretended they were shoveling ROCKS rather than Snow!!

I guess in the Crossfit.com world of Southern California, they have to practice the virtual stuff rather than shovel now.
