Thrusters and Push-ups!!!

Thats it?

Hahaha...yea, that is it!!

It might look easy, and it will be for the first few minutes, but after about 5 rounds, it will start to crush you.

Can you handle it?

Can you stay mentally strong while your lungs are screaming for Oxygen and your legs and arms yell for mercy?

1 Push-up

**add a rep every minute on the minute until you cannot complete the specified number of reps for that round***
