Ok....WOW! We are back online everyone!!

We have some catching up to do!!

Thurday...lots and lots of gymanstic moves!!

We had a great crew here on Thursday morning and everyone gave an amazing effort! New faces and regulars competed against some of the best athletes in the region to improve health, performance and strength.

After 2 days of Weights and Gymnastics at Crossfit Legacy, it was time for an aerobic morning for our athletes.

High Reps in the Row, Jump Rope, Push-ups, and Box Jumps.

Today our athletes did the workout called "Freddy's Revenge"

Power Cleans and Front Squats!!

We fail at the margin of our experience.

Today at Crossfit Legacy we performed a style of workout that we have never done before.

It was challenging because at first look, it does not appear that difficult.

Initially there is a lot of rest, but after about 6 min, the reps and focus needed to stay on task becomes more demanding.

1 Front Squat

*add a rep every minute on the minute*

Hang Dumbbell Cleans....back shredders!!!

This Friday, as we normally do, we paired up our athletes according to ability for a team workout and surprisingly the team I thought would win...did not!!

It is great to work with another person during a Crossfit WOD because neither athlete wants to let down their teammate.

Today was a day when the workout is written on the board, most people say...."That will not be that hard"
