Wednesday and Thursday, May 6th and 7th, 2009 There was lot of action happening at Crossfit Legacy the past couple of days. Our athletes did LOTs Front Squats and Power Cleans on Wednesday and just as many push presses on Thursday morning and 7 people performed Fight Gone Bad for the Crossfit Games Qualifier Training WOD while Justin and Chris(below) completed the Deadlift, Burpee, Pull-up WOD from a few day ago!!

Take Care of your body! At Crossfit Legacy; the movements, workouts, and skills we do are hard. We push our bodies to their limits. What we do(Crossfit) is like sport. In sports, injuries have the potential to occur. It is imperative that one, especially a Crossfit athlete, takes care of his/her body when training hard.
